Matt Williams - Vice President, Finance
Matt Williams has over a decade of experience in real estate transactions, development, and operations. Matt began his career as an analyst with a residential developer, successfully acquiring and closing out over ten projects for more than $500 Million in revenue. Most recently, Matt was responsible for the budgeting, analysis, and reporting of a $7 Billion multi-state commercial retail real estate portfolio comprising 30 Million square feet of leasable space. Additionally, in that role, he underwrote close to $1 Billion in transactions. Matt holds a B.S. from San Diego State University, majoring in Business Administration, with a concentration in Accounting.
